Second shooters aren’t always necessary! However, there are many situations and timelines where I do recommend either choosing a package that includes a second shooter, or adding one onto your day.

You should consider a second shooter if:

-You and your partner are getting ready in different locations and you want Getting Ready photos of each of you.

-You and your partner are not doing a first look and you would like bridal party and groomsmen photos before the ceremony.

-You want large varieties of shots during your day. Our second shooter works with a different camera and lens and helps obtain photos that a main shooter could not get solo.

-A second shooter also helps with film/polaroids.

-You have a photo/video package.

We are honestly very go-with-the-flow. We understand that’s not for everyone, however, we’ve found that’s how we get those candid shots that are so timeless.

We like to be a fly on the wall but also connect with our wedding couples and their wedding parties throughout the day. We believe a documentary-styled approach to wedding days serves our clients best and is aligned with our artistic views as well as the quality of photographs we deliver.

There are definitely times that call for “posed” photos where we take charge and lead if you desire, for example - family portraits, some bride and groom portraits, etc. However, we believe that the best photographs come from us observing and documenting the moments that unfold naturally throughout your wedding day.

Film is a very deep love of mine and just know, every time someone asks me to shoot film on a wedding day, I do a little happy dance.

Film is incredibly beautiful and nostalgic, and just gives a unique, old-timey feel for your wedding day. I shoot and quantify film based off of rolls, not number of photos delivered. With your add-on, 3 rolls of film will be included and both rolls with be shot in their entirety and delivered with your gallery. Additional rolls of film can be added upon request for an additional cost.

Most couples leave the film shots to our discretion, however, if there are specific film photos you would like, we’d be happy to try and accommodate! I love film because of it’s imperfections, sometimes photos are blurry, light leaks occur, or discoloration happens, and that is part of the beauty of film. Film is not for everyone, but if you’re passionate about those warm, nostalgic, timeless photos, let’s add on film!!

Contractually, we are responsible for keeping your digital wedding gallery open for 60 days after delivery. This is why we offer the package add-on of the USB with your wedding gallery synced and why it’s so important! Glitches happen with anything digital, and the last thing we want is for you to not have access to your wedding photos forever.

Our schedule tends to book up very quickly (sometimes 3-4 months in advance), so please reach out via email as soon as you’ve decided on what month/season you’re aiming for!

Over the years of working with wedding clients, we have found that monthly installments are something that our clients really appreciate having as an option and usually end up working out the best! This helps alleviate the stress of large lump sum payments a month before your wedding day. Contractually, all payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding date, no matter what that looks like. Some clients prefer to make payments as they’re able to until final payments are due. That is completely fine, and any payments that are paid to us will be updated in your invoice!

The perk of having a photographer who owns a Photo Booth is that it’s one less person to communicate and plan with, and it’s a seamless add-on for your wedding day. We take care of the setup and tear down of the Photo Booth. To secure your Photo Booth rental with your wedding package, just send me an email letting me know you would like this added and this service will be added to your invoice.

To officially reserve and book your date, a signed wedding contract is required, along with your non-refundable retainer payment. Once you communicate you are ready to book, the process will look like this: You will receive our wedding contract to be signed. Once the wedding contract is signed, you will receive a follow up email asking you to specify and choose your wedding package. In this email, you will also be able to specify if you would like to go the route of monthly installments or lumpsum payments. After you complete the wedding package email, you will receive an invoice via email. From there, you pay your retainer listed on the invoice. After that - YOU’RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED!

You will receive a final email confirming this as well!
